Family used Autopsy Protocols in Pursuit of the Truth

Sudden death of 34-year-old linked to vaccine through additional tests

Intro:

This article looks at the use of Dr Arne Burkhardt’s autopsy protocols following the sudden death of Victor Simoes, from Long Island, New York. He was healthy and happy when he suffered an aortic dissection and died, 16 days after his Pfizer injection.

Victor’s death was the subject of an autopsy, but the Coroner said the covid vaccine was not the cause.

“We specifically asked him if it was the vaccine and he said ‘No.’ … it was not until we did tissue analysis that we got the truth,” Victor’s mother Henrietta said.

She was kind enough to answer some questions from this Substack today about her son’s untimely death and in particular, her efforts to utilise the Burkhardt autopsy protocols.

CSO figures uncovered by Patrick E Walsh this week should have set alarm bells ringing among various authorities long ago.

Coroners in particular should have some comment to make, since deaths among previously healthy young people are very unusual. The following is the stated function of the Coroner’s Service.

“The Coroner Service not only provides closure for those bereaved suddenly but also performs a wider public service by identifying matters of public interest that can have life/death consequences.”

Death rates among young people have been rising since 2021. The issue was previously flagged on this Substack in a bid to sound alarm bells.

Thanks to Patrick E Walsh’s examination of CSO statistics released at the end of October, we now have the stark evidence of a 77% rise in ‘medical deaths.’ I suspect these figures will be ignored by authorities, as previously.

So what can be done?

The short answer is updated autopsy protocols for pathologists to investigate whether covid shots are causing damage. Autopsy is a scientific process. Is it not time now to ‘follow the science?’

German pathologist Prof Arne Burkhardt developed autopsy methods to detect covid 19 spike protein post-mortem.

What we didn’t have before now, is a case that illustrates use of the Burkhardt protocols. This morning, I found one.

Victor Castillo Simoes (34), a loving and cherished son and brother, died suddenly on May 6th, 2021, 16 days after his Pfizer injection. Victor grew up in the historic maritime village of Northport on Long Island, New York. He was a college graduate, an avid traveller and someone who treasured his family. He had found the love of his life and was planning to get married.

“Victor was the guiding light and strength of our family,” his obituary says.

“He was an avid traveller, visiting more than 26 countries in his short life. Despite his penchant for visiting far-flung places, he always returned home to his safe harbor of Northport, NY.

“He had recently met the love of his life. They had been planning their wedding and future together the night he passed. He will be forever missed.”

Given the time period between Victor's vaccination and death, the family suspected the jab.

Henrietta said Victor initially complained of epigastric pain, then numbness in his jaw and chest. Shortly before paramedics arrived, his heart rate was 190 bpm. He was transferred to hospital, where he died within an hour.

In state law in Seattle, where Victor lived, a medical examiner was obligated to do an autopsy. The cause of death was given as acute aortic dissection. There was no explanation for what might have caused a tear in Victor’s aorta. In their search for answers, the family ruled out genetics, there was no history of aortic dissection in the family.

“The medical examiner did not do histological exam so we were left without knowing what caused the dissection,” Henrietta said. “But he did save tissue and blood which allowed us to on our own do further testing.”

The family asked the coroner if the vaccine could have caused Victor’s sudden demise and they were told ‘no.’ The grieving family did not pursue the issue further with the coroner. But they were still seeking answers.

“We specifically asked him if it was the vaccine and he said ‘no.’ He did not do histology to be able to say that and it was not until we did serum analysis and tissue analysis that we got the truth,” Henrietta said.

“During the pandemic coroners would not come out against vaccine and most would not even do autopsies. (That was) severely discouraged. They were afraid. We could not find anyone to do histology in US which is why we ultimately went to Germany.”

For some months, the family sought out a pathologist to further investigate Victor’s death. They became aware of Dr Arne Burkhardt’s lab in Germany. At the time, Dr Burkhardt was staining and testing for spike protein in human tissues but shortly after communications with his lab in Germany commenced, Dr. Burkhardt passed away.

The family continued their search for a pathologist to conduct immunohistochemistry staining on Victor’s tissue samples. They eventually secured a former colleague of Dr Burkhardt’s to conduct the tests and the samples were sent overseas.

In September 2023, the family received news. The lab staining tests found spike protein in the aorta, which damaged Victor’s endothelial cells, resulting in a tear of the aorta. The additionally autopsy methods also found evidence of pericarditis and myocarditis. Victor’s findings were negative for SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid, meaning that he did not have a natural COVID-19 infection.

The findings were analysed and became the subject of a detailed case study report, published here. The main findings unequivocally linked Victor’s heart issues to his Pfizer vaccine:

The patient’s pathology, including histology of the heart and pericardial sac, showed lymphocytic infiltrates, indicative of pericarditis and myocarditis, as is seen in other peri and myocarditis cases following COVID-19 mRNA vaccine. Significant eosinophilic infiltrates were also present in his arterial tissues, consistent with a hypersensitivity reaction. [12-18]

His immunohisto-pathology noted the presence of spike protein in aorta as well as vascular tissues but an absence of staining for nucleocapsidantigens, indicating that the spike protein was vaccine-derived rather than of viral origin.[19]

Given these findings and a lack of underlying genetic disease, this inflammatory response is suspected to have initiated the deadly vascular and cardiac inflammatory cascade that ultimately took his life. The Pfizer Covid-19 mRNA vaccine is the suspected catalyst for this chain of events.

In an interview prior to his death, Dr Burkhardt had specifically mentioned aortic dissections occurring in autopsies post covid injection.

Before the roll-out of the C19 injections, Dr. Burkhardt’s lab was conducting between 1,500 and 2,000 autopsies annually. Of these, one or two deaths would be due to aortic dissections. In his series of 75 autopsies conducted on vaccinated patients discussed in the interview below, he saw five aortic dissections.

This was Dr. Burkhardt’s final, extensive interview in English, with reporter Taylor Hudak. He passed away a few weeks after filming.

Henrietta alerted the CDC to the stark autopsy report findings she had obtained. She also reported the death to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. The CDC did not investigate the case but instead referred the family to the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which has made a total of 14 settlements to date.

Henrietta is still seeking justice for Victor. She wants the law to change. Henrietta and her husband are involved in legal action brought by Moms for America seeking to strike down the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act or PREP Act, the federal law that granted legal immunity to companies such as Pfizer and Moderna for injuries caused by their COVID-19 vaccines.

Henrietta is involved in the organisation React19, a non-profit that provides support for vaccine-injured people. With colleagues there, she helped establish the React-19 Bereaved support website.
