The Burke family filmed a confrontation at the Bar of Ireland stall this week at the National Ploughing Championships. They spoke with Michael O’Connor, Senior Counsel.
Is it a coincidence that Mr O’Connor is the barrister that represented the McGinty family at the inquest into the death of young Joseph McGinty (14) from Achill Island?
I don’t know.
But perhaps this is a good time for readers to get to know the inquest process a little better. This Substack published more than 20,000 words on the McGinty case, in the lead up to the inquest and on the inquest itself.
Today I am making all reports on the McGinty inquest free to read, ahead of Roy Butler’s inquest opening in Cork next Tuesday.
Mr O’Connor SC is the barrister who asked Pfizer’s Vaccine’s Director, Dr Gillian Ellsbury if she was aware of any set of tests or protocol that could the ‘rule the vaccine in or out’ at autopsy. She replied, under oath, that she was not.
Mr O’Connor put this question to Dr Ellsbury (who appeared via video link) after he was made aware of the Burkhardt Protocols by this Substack on the street outside the courthouse after the first day of the inquest. This is significant, because it allowed me to officially notify all parties involved that the protocols exist, including the Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA).

Pfizer needs to correct the record in answers offered at Inquest
In two days’ time, the deadline for submissions to a Coroner in relation to the death of a teenager post covid 19 vaccine will pass.
The result was that this reporter received a strong denouncing from the Coroner in court on the final day of the inquest. Coroner Pat O’Connor strongly denounced what he described as an ‘attempt to stoke conspirational fears’ in no uncertain terms.
The Coroner is of course entitled to his views, it is his court and he has a right to express those views. However, this reporter noted his use of the term ‘conspiracy.’
Here’s how the Oxford English Dictionary defines the word ‘conspiracy’:
“The action of conspiring; combination of persons for an evil or unlawful purpose.”
Wikipedia goes a little further with this definition:
“A conspiracy, also known as a plot, ploy, or scheme, is a secret plan or agreement between people (called conspirers or conspirators) for an unlawful or harmful purpose, such as murder, treason, or corruption, especially with a political motivation,[2] while keeping their agreement secret from the public or from other people affected by it.”
Here’s the excerpt from that particular article.
Mr O’Connor noted that one of legal teams had sent him a copy of an email from ‘a journalist.’
“I think that was outrageous and wrong and contrary to what I have to decide,” the Coroner said. Mr O'Connor said it amounted to an attempt to undermine the ‘hard, clear evidence of respected doctors working in this country.’
“As a Coroner the only evidence I can deal with is the evidence before me,” he said.
The Coroner further opined that it is ‘wrong for anyone to use the McGinty family to stoke conspirational fears.’
“It is upsetting for you (the family) for the public and it is disingenuous in the extreme,” Mr O’Connor said.
Coroner Pat O’Connor returned an open verdict in the case of Joseph McGinty’s death, noting that this verdict means the evidence does not fully or clearly explain the cause and circumstances of death.
The Coroner said he considered ‘very carefully’ Joseph’s covid vaccine but said none of the medical evidence he heard or received suggested it played any role in the boy’s death. Crucially, the McGinty family themselves did not accept that Joseph’s vaccine played a role in this death.
Roy Butler’s inquest process is different, because the Butler family suspect a link between his death and the vaccine and the family have conducted much research themselves.
It’s worth noting that whatever thoughts readers have about coroners and their (very important) work, Coroner Pat O’Connor’s lengthy investigation of the circumstances of Joseph McGinty’s Pfizer vaccine revealed a multitude of information that would otherwise be unknown.
For example, this article, which was the most viewed and most shared of all the articles arising from that inquest published on this Substack:
Who tampered with Joseph’s vaccine record?
Details in Joseph McGinty’s online record of vaccination were accessed and altered on two separate occasions. The national vaccination registration system is hosted and managed by the Health Service Executive (HSE).
The Coroner may or may not be correct in denouncing the work of this Substack, that’s not for me to decide. Certainly attending court throughout that process was uncomfortable for me as a reporter, as certain others attending made it very clear I was not welcome.
In the end, it doesn’t matter, it is the detail that emerged in the process that’s important.
At the Law Society stall at the Ploughing Championships this week, Michael O’Connor SC responded calmly to the Burke’s questions, telling Martina Burke he was a Christian and a practicing Catholic. Asked by Martina Burke if one can be accepted into the Bar of Ireland if one doesn’t agree with Transgender ideology, Mr O’Connor SC replied, “I don’t know.”

Thank you to the readers supporting my work, it is much appreciated.
Barrister: 'Is there any protocol or series of tests that could definitively rule in or out the vaccine as a cause of death?'
Coverage of today’s inquest is carried on Independent.ie this evening:
It’s very hard to get the real cause of death. I’ve seen so often many cover ups so that drug makers won’t be sued
Thanks for making all your research available Louise.
The young man was ill before his Covid19 Jab, which must have exacerbated his condition.
Have genetic factors been ruled out?
Adreno-leukodystrophy ? Adrenomyeloneuropathy ?
The slowly progressive adult form is called adrenomyeloneuropathy. The defective gene ABCD1 is located at Xq28, and encodes the adrenoleukodystrophy protein (ATP-BINDING CASSETTE TRANSPORTERS).
