Who sent nasty letters to the McGintys?
"We had a lot of people sending us letters and different things..."
Patricia McGinty has spoken of upsetting letters and messages she received following the tragic death of her son, Joseph McGinty (14).
This information brings to light an element in operation that requires some consideration.
“We were contacted by anti-vaxxers. It was upsetting and you were on edge when your phone went off. You were wondering who is contacting you now.
“We had a lot of people sending us letters and different things and saying ‘Why did you give your child a vaccine?’ and ‘Why would you vaccinate your child?’ It was hard listening because you start to blame yourself because you were the one who brought him to the vaccine centre,” she said.
Mrs McGinty was speaking to the Mayo News after the conclusion of the inquest into her son’s death.
“Now I know that it was nothing to do with the vaccine, I can kind of breathe easy and know I did nothing wrong and I did the right job,” Mrs McGinty said.
The Coroner, Pat O’Connor, stated his concerns around the administration of the vaccine at the opening of the first preliminary hearing to the inquest, last November. Patricia McGinty and her family were present in court.
“The circumstances of Joseph McGinty’s death is that covid vaccination was administered to him. That there appears to have been either a reaction or a significant change in his medical circumstances following the administration of the vaccine and that subsequently unfortunately, Master McGinty died,” Coroner Pat O’Connor said.
In reaching the conclusion that the vaccine played no role in Joseph McGinty’s death, the coroner returned an open verdict.
“None of the medical evidence presented to me during the course of this inquest and the enquiries made by me, established that there was any link whatsoever to the administration of the Covid vaccine to Joseph McGinty.”
Mr O’Connor ruled that the medical cause of death was ‘profound adrenal pathology consistent with Addison’s Disease’, in line with the second opinion offered on the autopsy findings.
Addison’s Disease - as the inquest repeatedly heard - is rare, affecting one in ten thousand people in the UK.
Addison’s Disease appears on Pfizer’s list of adverse events of special interest:
The HSE issued this post about Addison’s Disease on Twitter, in July 2022:
Curiously, in addition letters to the family of questionable origin, there was an unusual item published on a website last year linking Joseph McGinty’s death to cancer.
The item was published only in the wake of Coroner Pat O’Connor’s opening of the inquest, which is unusual, as Joseph McGinty’s death occurred more than a year previously. The obituary, attributing the boy’s death to cancer, indicate efforts were underway to quash any links between the vaccine and his death.
Since the fake obituary appears to prove the existence of entities seeking to corrupt the Coroner’s efforts, this Substack suspects the letters Patricia McGinty says she received may have an origin with a similar agenda.

This Substack is acutely aware that Patricia McGinty did what she believed was the best thing for her son, in having him vaccinated. That decision was surely based on the information she was absorbing, incessantly, through every media outlet in the country.
“Safe and effective.”
This one sided reportage and the refusal by the media to allow any reports that questioned vaccine safety is the reason this newsletter was established.
The McGinty inquest has thrown up a psychological barrier to the process of investigating deaths post vaccine that in human terms, makes perfect sense. Mrs McGinty is relieved by the Coroner’s comments that none of his investigations and the medical evidence presented established any causal link to his Pfizer vaccine.
The problem is, a family comforted by relief from misattributed blame, is unlikely to actively look into a vaccine as a cause for a child’s death. In their grief, they may willingly accept any other cause of death as credible.
In this article, published in The Atlantic, a reporter writes about his own experience following the unexpected loss of his 6 year old son. This boy was vaccinated and he, like Joseph McGinty, died as a result of brain swelling.
Billy Ball writes:
My 6-year-old boy died in January. We lost him after a household accident, one likely brought on by a rare cerebral-swelling condition. Paramedics got his heart beating, but it was too late to save his brain. I could hold his hand, look at the small birthmark on it, comb his hair, and call out for him, but if he could hear me or feel me, he gave no sign. He had been a child in perpetual motion, but now we couldn’t get him to wiggle a finger.
For the record, my son saw some of the finest pediatric-ICU doctors in the world. He was in fact vaccinated against COVID-19. None of his doctors deemed that relevant to his medical condition. They likened his death to a lightning strike.
I’m not the only parent being harassed in this way. Some of the trolls posted photos of other children, insinuating that they had died because of COVID vaccines. I feel for the grieving mothers and fathers who receive those messages.
Doctors likened Billy Ball’s son’s death to a ‘lightning strike.’ A death from Addison’s Disease was similarly described at the inquest as incredibly rare. Both boys developed brain swelling and died. The other common denominator is a covid vaccine.
The sentiments from these grieving parents must be taken into account. No one wishes to bring additional suffering down upon a family visited by the tragic loss of a child.
But as a reporter I have a duty to ask uncomfortable questions, particularly as we experience ongoing and unexplained rates of excess death since the vaccine roll out. Censorship is dangerous.
As such, with every respect and sympathy for the McGinty family, I will continue reporting on this topic, regardless of outside interference of questionable origin.

Unimaginable loss however knowing full well my father died from administration of a flu vaccine during his recovery from a stroke I know these things are dangerous and we must be allowed fully informed consent. There is an obvious link and an obvious desire to bury it. I am deeply sorry for the family but the stakes are too high: all I see here is a media and medical profession bent on protecting their interests and using the family to this end.
A sensitively written article. It's not easy to ask the difficult questions without upsetting people. It's so important to keep returning to respect and compassion, as you do Louise, and have always done.
