Verdict due today + Video Interview
Inquest into Joseph McGinty's death is due to conclude today.
An interview with Aisling O’Loughlin on the tragic death of Joseph McGinty.
Regular readers of this Substack will be aware of much of the detail discussed already.
At 28 mins in we discuss autopsy protocols - immunohistochemistry staining - that can rule in or out whether Joseph’s vaccine caused him harm. These tests are available and can be conducted at the request of a family that suspects an mRNA vaccine played a role in a loved one’s death. More info here:
We also discuss eosinophils : which can indicate a reaction to a drug.
As part of the second opinion autopsy on behalf of Children’s Health Ireland:
Neuropathologist Dr Jane Cryan comments found 'small clusters of eosinophilic and pyknotic neurons are seen in neocortical blocks 43,36,47, 48' and she states:
"The inflammatory infiltrate comprises lymphocytes and very many eosinophils"
In his autopsy commentary, (a second opinion) Dr Michael McDermott says the following.
“Drugs are always a particular consideration when eosinophils are seen. However I have no information that Joseph was taking any medication previously associated with such a pattern. There have been a small number of case reports of Covid 19 vaccination associated with encephalopathy and the proximity of this event to Joseph’s vaccination is noted. ”
Dr McDermott points out that any connection between these pathological changes and the vaccination are ‘speculative’ at this point in time.
Dr McDermott said ‘the pathologic focus is small and not associated with significant oedema’ - features that would make it (the vaccine) a more credible contributory factor in the tragic outcome.
This observation appears to be at variance to the original autopsy findings of Mayo University Hospital (MUH) Consultant Pathologist Dr Fadel Bennani, who gives the proximal cause of death as due to ‘massive brain oedema due to viral encephalitis.’
This report is titled ‘Hypereosinophilia after vaccination with the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines.’
Last night a reader shared the following images with me, which I believe are worth exploring in light of comments from Dr Peter McCullough who said the autopsy findings were consistent with multi-system inflammatory disorder (MIS).
The following story was circulated to all newspapers yesterday (SUN) alerting to the fact that Joseph’s inquest is due to conclude today with a verdict and any associated recommendations.
A verdict at the inquest into the death of a teenager who died 24 days post covid vaccine is due tomorrow (Monday AUG 21). The inquest into the death of Joseph McGinty (14) The Valley, Achill Island, is due to conclude at Swinford Courthouse in Co Mayo. The inquiry heard three days of evidence last month, from witnesses including Pfizer’s Director of Vaccines Dr Gillian Ellsbury.
Joseph, a second year student, collapsed at home around 5am on the morning of September 13 2021. He suffered a cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead in an ambulance on the way to hospital.
The inquest before Coroner Pat O’Connor heard he had been vomiting after meals intermittently since May. He received his first dose of the Pfizer covid 19 vaccine on August 20th at Breaffy House Resort Vaccination Centre.
The conclusion of the inquest will hear final submissions from legal teams for the family, Pfizer and Mayo University Hospital before the Coroner delivers his verdict and recommendations.
Meanwhile, a public consultation process gets underway next month seeking views from the public on how to reform the Coroner Service. The programme of reform aims address ‘identified issues and drive innovative change’ across the service.
The consultation will seek people’s views in relation to aspects such as pathology and user engagement.
Mayo Coroner Pat O’Connor, spokesperson for the Coroners Society of Ireland said the work is being conducted in the public interest.
“The Coroners Society of Ireland (CSI) welcomes the establishment of the Coroner Consultation Advisory Committee. It and its members looks forward to working with the Committee and the Department on the work that is to be undertaken in the public interest,” Mr O’Connor said.
The Department of Justice has established an Advisory Committee to support the consultation process.
Members will include representatives from the Department of Justice, the Coroners Society of Ireland, the Department of Health, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, the Health Service Executive, An Garda Síochána, the Office of the State Pathologist, the Royal College of Physicians - Faculty of Pathology, and an independent expert.
The closing date for expressions of interest is Monday September 11.
*Warm thanks to those that continue to support my work, it is much appreciated.
As a nursing working within the HSE I have seen evidence post vaccine cases of rapid demyelination, autonomic neuropathy, proximal neuropathy, and polyneuropathy such as Guillain–Barré syndrome in patients these are all expressions of a neurotoxin
Great journalism.
To this layperson, it seems that it is possible to connect a death with a recently-taken vaccine, post-mortem. If this is true it will surely make a decisive verdict in the case likely.
